Waitrose had recalled a group of condiments and cautioned clients not to eat the contents.

Individuals who have brought containers of Bart Pickling Spice are being requested to return them to where they were bought.

Because of printing mistake the jar contains mustard seeds – actually not specified on the ingredients list.

The seeds could be a serious risk for everyone allergic to mustard.

The affected items are 80 gram containers of Bart Pickling Spice with a best before date of October 2018 and December 2018.

Waitrose and online grocery store Ocado are the primary stockist. The flavor is mainly sold in Waitrose. Any individual who has purchased the item and had a sensitivity to mustard, is instructed not to eat it.

Clients can give back the item to the store from where it was purchased for a full refund.

Waitrose will display caution notices in their stores.
