Waitrose recall a product due to an undeclared allergen


Due to a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to sesame, the Food Standards Agency has issued a recall of a Waitrose’s  Chinese 6 Vegetable Spring Rolls item as it contains an allergen that is undeclared on its packaging.

The 216g pack of 6 Chinese Vegetable Spring Rolls are not suitable for vegetarians as the FSA has declared.

Also, Waitrose has issued a notice, advising it customers that anyone who has bought the product should return it to their local branch for a full refund as soon as possible.
