The First Lidl  in Pennsylvania

The German-based retailer Lidl spreads its wings and opens a new store in Delaware County, the first Lidl in the whole state.

The new store will open its door on December 5th at 420 MacDade Blvd.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will precede the opening, first customers will enjoy games, activities, Giveaways, discounts and special offers.

Store manager Ken Abernathy to the local press expressed his delight to help customers know Lidl and stated: “My team and I are looking forward to serving the community,” 

The new store is expected to open a few new jobs and join competition besides the other supermarket retailers.
