Tesco plans to open a new store at the Cargo Building apartment development.



Tesco confirms its intentions in opening a new store to bring closer its services to its customer in Liverpool . The giant retailer will be working on its new Tesco Express as soon as it is finally confirmed by the administration of the building to be occupying the vacant retail space on the scheme’s ground floor .

A Tesco spokesman has stated in an interview with YM Liverpool : “We are keen to open a store to serve customers at The Cargo Building in Liverpool and have submitted planning and licensing applications.” The spokesman added : “We are still committed to the area and are looking for other opportunities for a Tesco Express store.”
This new Tesco Express store is expected to bring to the city some new Job opportunities .
