Asda shoppers were in a state of dispirited after the retailer had cancelled 15 per cent of online orders. The customers have to drive until the outlet if there is an emergency. The supermarket spokesperson told that the error was an ‘unforeseeable’ piece of incident which began on Saturday night affecting their home delivery segment and click-and-collect purchases.
The chain’s spokesperson told that the issue has been resolved.
