The restructuring of the Auchan shopping center in Saint-Priest is progressing. Entitled Yellow Pulse, the project led by Ceetrus (ex-immochan) was passed to the Departmental Commission for Commercial Development (CDAC) on 14 February.

A favorable opinion has been delivered. In parallel, the instruction of the building permit continues its course.

The decree should be signed in November if all goes well. The signal will be given to start demolishing the buildings of the Ikea and Leroy-Merlin stores, which, at that date, will have to join their new location at Le Puisoz in Vénissieux.
