Saint-Étienne: Lidl store in Fourneyron Square reopens Wednesday


«Croûte» “Crust”: this is the name that Lidl customers and employees used to give to their store, Place Fourneyron in Saint-Étienne. Closed on January 4, the store has been completely renovated and opens to customers this Wednesday, April 3, from 8:30.

The store manager had insisted for two and a half years with the management of Lidl for this renovation to be done. Several million euros were needed for the store to appear as new.

17 new employees also come to reinforce the team
Among the novelties: a large bakery area inside the store, as well as six automatic cash registers to settle faster purchases. 17 new employees are also strengthening the existing team, which has grown to 31 employees.
