Saint-Etienne: Bergson Leader Price to close

Customers find the curtain of their Bergson Leader Price store closed for several weeks. The shelves have just been moved and space has become empty.

Even if no poster indicates it, they all understood that this discount supermarket of the rue des Aciéries has definitely closed its doors and the direction of this sign has confirmed this issue.

This cessation of activity is the second of this sign on Saint-Etienne, after that of the rue de la Montat last February.

A stimulus plan was initiated with a commercial animation to try to reverse the trend but the turnover of this establishment, operated in the form of a franchise, remained insufficient.

The ten or so employees who worked on this site were informed in January that they would be subject to economic redundancy.
