Supermarket giant Sainsbury’s announced its decision to pull back Children’s book from its racks, just ahead of Christmas. Sainsbury’s, which gloats many stores in Coventry, Warwickshire and nearby places, has recalled its Incy Wincy Spider youngsters’ book.
It is comprehended that the books that are being recalled are those sold in between April 2015 and December 2015, which means any Christmas customers who got their hands on the item are presently qualified for a full discount. Those bought the affected books have already recieved an apology from Sainsbury’s, with the retailer informing them sorry for the disservice caused by the product recall.
An announcement said that the book that has been recalled might have a problem with the front cover. The touch and feel unit in the front cover was coming away from the book over the period of time. The company asked the customers who purchased these books to return them to their nearest Sainsbury’s store, where they will receive a full refund. Sainsbury also included that no other products are affected by this issue.
