Elmham Way Morrisons has opened its door wide to the students from the North Somerset Enterprise and Technology College (NSETC) to teach them about different species of fish. Fish Monger Ray Bint demonstrated about different types of fish, how they are being caught. He also teach them how it is prepared by adding different spices which turned out to mouth-watering flavours.
The youngsters including students Sophie and Olivia also learned how to make fishcakes. Morrisons’ Academy of Food sessions make sure that the students learn where food comes from and how it is prepared from scratch. Morrisons spokesperson told that it is pleased to have students from an elegant institution like NSETC.
