New Orleans’ new airport terminal will feature new and exciting dining options. The $807 million facility at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport will have two concourses with dining spots organized by different entities.
Case Catering and Concessions LLC is collaborating with Delaware North to bring in new vendors, including PJ’s Coffee, Leah’s Kitchen, MoPho, Dook’s Burgers & Brews and Ye Olde College Inn, some of which will be in a food hall setting. HMSHost is planning the other concourse, which may feature standards such as Starbucks and Aunt Annie’s. The company may also work with Mondo, Cure, Emeril’s Table and more, reports Eater
These are big plans expected to bring in big bucks for the airport, which, even with mediocre food options, raked in “$33.7 million in gross revenues, netting the airport $3.78 million” in 2015.
