The discount store Netto is expanding its online offer. This was announced by the Edeka subsidiary in a press release. This will mean that 2,000 of the 5,000 products in the food and drugstore sector will now also be available through the online shop. That’s 1,000 more than before.

Netto is thus expanding its range of food, household, home, DIY, gardening and leisure products distributed over the Internet. “The net online store is an intelligent and convenient extension of our store offer for our customers. With more than 2,000 groceries and drugstore items, we are now making the extensive shopping experience of our stores even greater than before possible online, “says Christina Stylianou, Head of Corporate Communications at Netto Marken-Discount.

Netto also sells products that have received a deal on the TV show “The Cave of the Lions”: including Paudar, the Hero button, the products of Miwiam – with its callus and nail file “Mia Mia” – Gobunion and the Protect pads. “The goal is to bring the innovative products like the Hero button to the market immediately after the broadcast of the DHDL program and to make it accessible to the masses,” says investor Ralf Dümmel. “Netto is the ideal partner for this”.
