Mercadona has launched its largest fixed employment offer for supermarket personnel in Spain this Friday. The company chaired by Juan Roig offers fifty jobs with permanent contracts in the province of Madrid. Vacancies are located in the town of Alcobendas.

The company chaired by Juan Roig offers an initial salary of 1,328 euros per month with progression to 1,797 in the fourth year. The day is complete (forty hours a week) and no experience is appreciated. Applicants must have minimum studies equivalent to Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO).

This offer of employment is added to the vacancies spread by the Valencian capital chain in twenty-one Spanish provinces that add -including those of Alcobendas- a total of four hundred jobs between temporary and fixed.

In numerical terms, the most important offer for personnel with temporary contracts corresponds to the logistics block of the Valencian town of Ribarroja, where the company will need to cover 75 positions of warehouse waiters. In the facilities of Abrera (Barcelona) there are other twenty-five vacancies.

Meanwhile, in the logistics block of Vitoria, in the province of Álava, Mercadona looks for personnel for maintenance tasks. In this case, the contracts are fixed and the candidates must accredit the higher degree in Vocational Training. Salaries reach up to 34,500 euros a year.

In addition, Mercadona has offered permanent jobs this week for different professional profiles in the provinces of Zaragoza, the Balearic Islands, Madrid, Barcelona, ​​Lérida, Tenerife and Vizcaya.

Temporary employment offers are concentrated in the provinces of Murcia, Almería, Barcelona, ​​Ávila and Toledo. Mercadona has also posted job vacancies this week for the campaign in Málaga, Navarra, Cantabria, Seville and Burgos.

In all cases, the minimum salary for full working hours (forty hours per week) is 1,328 gross euros per month (1,193 net) for basic personnel such as cashiers, replenishers or delivery persons.

Applicants to any of the vacancies must register in the job board that Mercadona manages through the Human Resources Department through its own website. Once the profile has been created, candidates must request a specific vacancy to enter the personnel selection process.
