Lidl among Top Employers Poland 2016

Lidl Poland received the Poland’s prestigious Top Employers award  in 2016. During the gala, which took place on 16 February in Warsaw representatives of Lidl received the award.  This award recognize the best employers on the basis of a detailed verification procedure.

Top Employers Certification is awarded annually by the independent International Institute recognizing companies for their special attention to the conditions of the job offer. The complex certification process makes a distinction given organizations that stand out not only the highest standards of employment, but also innovative HR environment and continual investment in the development of their employees.

Subjected to a thorough analysis of the entire area associated with human resources management and working conditions in a broad perspective, the organisation awarded Lidl with the top spot. This also verified external audit, the results of which are calculated according to international standards.

Lidl announced that the company was proud to be the winner of the Top Employers 2016 Poland awards. The dynamic development of our company is the result of commitment and daily work of all the teams. We are well aware that employees are the heart of the company, so we are trying to create for them the best working conditions and development, says Anna Wieczorek, HR Manager Lidl Poland.
