The Croatian unit of Lidl has initiated an indigenous brand aimed at promoting the trade of ‘made in Croatia’ products in its various foreign outlets. This will definitely cripple some foreign revenue in terms of trade.
Initially croamore will consists of more than 90 products exclusively from Croatia, some from the Balkan region as well. This exclusive brand will be made available to local shoppers in more than 30 nations and in over 300 outlets during the tenure of Croatian Product Week. The vast range of products includes dairy products, desserts and drinks, spices, fish and meat.
Previous year, Lidl Hrvatska exported around €9 million worth of trade abroad which is almost double of the business in 2014.
