Lekkerland AG & Co. KG establishes new management board division for sales to implement a more intensive focus on its customers. This decision is related to Lekkerland’s almost completed company strategy “Convenience 2020”. The strategy implies numerous growth and innovation initiatives, which require, among other things, a considerably dynamically sales-oriented implementation.
With immediate effect, Patrick Steppe (45) takes over the responsibility for the new board position. „We welcome Patrick Steppe to the Board of Management and we appreciate it very much, that he was in compliance with our wish and takes over the position as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of Lekkerland AG & Co. KG“, explains Michael Hoffmann, Chief Executive Officer of Lekkerland AG & Co. KG.
For 12 years, Patrick Steppe is working for Lekkerland. His last position at Lekkerland AG & Co. KG was Senior Vice President Corporate Sales and Marketing. Previously, the Belgian has managed the sales department at the Dutch country organization as Vice President Sales as well as the one at the Belgium country organization as sales director. „The key for our business success are loyal and profitable growing customers. To further this is one of our new CSO’s main tasks and we wish him all the best and a successful start“, says Michael Hoffmann.
