Patrick Peterson disrupts the jerky industry by joining forces with Lawless Jerky, the craft brand redrawing the playing field.
Lawless Jerky is proud to announce the kickoff of our partnership with All-Pro Patrick Peterson, the NFL’s only shutdown cornerback (per Mr. Peterson). The relationship is an all-natural fit. Lawless Jerky’s 100% grass-fed protein and signature Braver Flavor fuel Patrick on the practice field, on game days, and on the digital ballfield where he was the champion of Madden Bowl XXI.
The relationship includes an ownership stake in the enterprise for Patrick who joins a half-dozen other shareholders who have distinguished themselves in the sporting ranks, including Duke Blue Devil and EuroLeague legend Trajan Langdon, and Jim O’Brien former head coach of the NBA’s Celtics, 76ers and Pacers.
Lawless Jerky’s high-protein, low-sugar nutritional profile is particularly important to Patrick, who has overcome Type II Diabetes, emerging stronger from the experience. The absence of artificial preservatives is also an important consideration for a league veteran always working to remain at the top of his game.

Patrick’s commitment to the community with his Foundation for Success, mirrors that of Lawless Jerky’s partnerships with NYC’s Dream Big Foundation and Charlotte’s Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Patrick has been recognized by the NFL Players Association as a Community MVP. Lawless Jerky has not yet been recognized by the Meat Snacks industry’s version of that award. So committed to his community, Patrick famously missed the opening of two reading rooms he donated to local elementary schools in light of another kind of community service, jury duty (another situation where jerky comes in handy!).
With any luck, Patrick and his “No Fly Zone” secondary won’t prevent Lawless Jerky shipments from making it to their top receivers Publix, Sheetz, Brooklyn Brewery, and Canadian retailer Loblaws. Just in case, Lawless Jerky also has Austin Hill Racing of the NASCAR Camping World Truck series on the roster to assist with ground transportation.
