Retail loyalty specialist Ikano Insight has been shortlisted in three separate categories for this year’s Loyalty Awards, in just its first year of operation.

The business has been nominated for Best Loyalty Programme of the Year – Retail (Non Food), for its work on Jaeger’s tiered reward scheme.

The same work will also be considered for the flagship Best Loyalty Programme of the Year Award for the EU region.

The other two nominated categories are for Best Use of Communications in a Loyalty Programme, for its sales-orientated communications drive for IKEA, and Best use of Customer Analytics/Data in a Loyalty Programme, for the Swedish giant’s in-store catchment intelligence.

“The hard work of the team and the great relationships that we have with our clients has enabled some very exciting and innovative work to take place,” says general manager Lindsey Ulanowsky.

The company will find out whether it has won the awards at a ceremony on 10 June at Grosvenor House in London.
