Just like the last year, Hy-Vee is teaming up with the American food products company Hormel foods to give away 5,250 hams for people in need during this Christmas.

Over the next two weeks, Hy-Vee will hand out 5,250 Hormel Cure 81 hams to families in need throughout the company’s eight-state region according to them.

Randy Edeker, chairman of the board, CEO and president of Hy-Vee said:  “We are fortunate to have great partners to help us give back to the community during the holiday season,”
“Last year’s events were incredibly successful, and we are excited to expand our efforts this year to reach even more families in the communities that we serve. By working with our valued supplier Hormel and first responders, we can make a far greater impact than any one of us could alone.”

starting from Dec 12 until Dec 20 Hy-Vee staff and volunteers will be handing hams to people in need, to follow the scheduled program for the giveaway click here.
