Germany, Lidl has new opening hours

Neckarsulm – Lidl will remain open in the future: until 10 pm. Previously, the supermarket had already extended its closing time from 8 pm to 9 pm, now the next stage follows, 7 am to 10 pm

The expansion of the opening hours are now in many regions and branches, and this is no coincidence: Lidl has with this decision now exactly the same opening hours as Edeka, Rewe or Kaufland and wants to make the chains in terms of opening hours competition.

Lidl had previously made efforts to get away from the classic discount store image, which focuses on cheap prices.

In the past, the markets of the chain have been extensively renovated and modernized, the flat chests for meat, where you have to bend down, now have an end: The articles will be presented in the future in a high cooling rack.
