German Giant Aldi buys Delamere Avenue

The German retailer Aldi has bought a site for Currambine store in Delamere Avenue. Mr Anthony Morabito, Altegra Porperty Group metropolitan markets director told that he negotiated the sale with Aldi’s Morgan O’Shea. He added that after a successful sales and leasing campaign at first stage of Currambine District Centre, the owners of 86 Delamere Avenue approached him to find a suitable buyer. In fact, they wanted to identify an investor who would complement the first stage of their successful development.

Since there developed a relationship with Aldi Foods, Altegra understood that Aldi was seeking for such an opportunity in the metropolitan market place. Anthony Morabito added that he had engaged with them on this site and there was a strong and immediate respond from Aldi.
