France, A new Lidl store at centre Bernadet


A new supermarket chain opened at the Bernadet shopping center in Plaisance-du-Touch. This spacious and welcoming Lidl convenience store offers 919 m2 of modern services and adopts a sustainable energy policy. Designed in an eco-friendly approach, the building tends towards a zero ecological footprint. Lidl France favored sustainable materials, 91% recyclable and recoverable, LED low energy equipment and energy technology devices. The banner also adopted 100% recyclable packaging and set up a waste recovery system, selective sorting, compression of paper and cardboard, recycling of plastic. The brand offers a selection of 1700 products, 90% of which are private labels and 72% are made in France. Numerous personalities, elected and presidents of associations, residents of neighboring cities, managers and teams of the store, owner of the premises were present at the inauguration.

Lidl, 32 Route de Toulouse, is open from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am to 8 pm and Sunday from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and offers a car park of 92 places.
