The construction of the food markets of Edeka in Niederkrüchten-Elmpt and Rewe in Niederkrüchten has come a step closer. The district of Viersen has now granted Edeka the planning permission for the new building in Heineland in Elmpt. This was announced by Tobias Hinsen, Head of Planning, Construction and Environment, now on the Planning Committee.

Edeka is currently in the process of announcing the construction works, informed Hinsen on RP request. The start of construction should therefore take place in the next few weeks. Edeka plans in Heineland a food market with 1800 square meters of sales area, a bakery and a flower shop. In total, parking spaces are planned for 150 cars.
