Last summer, the owner of the E.Leclerc Lamballe project, Stéphane Bourd, had submitted to the CDAC a file for an extension of more than 2 000 m² as well as a request for a building permit.

Stéphane Bourd gave an update on the project. The Departmental Commission for Commercial Development (CDAC) gave the green light to the Leclerc centre in Lamballe (Côtes-d’Armor), which plans to expand in 2020.

An additional 1,795 m² of sales area and a new driveway at the rear of the hypermarket located in the Liffré area will be built by the end of 2020. Thirty new jobs would be created.
