Dry sausages from the Ardèche are recalled at Leclerc

According to the recall, 60 million consumers bought the batch of dry sausages from the Ardèche IGP ” Nos régions ont du talent ” sold by stores E. Leclerc is recalled: it is contaminated with salmonella.

The product recalled by the company Scamark porte the number 3550068, barcode: 3 564 709 0412 + ADD-ON 03. It is sold in bags of 250 grams, sanitary stamp: FR 07.110.002 CE with a deadline for consumption on 19/02/19.

People who hold this product are asked not to consume it, to destroy it or to bring it back to the point of sale where it will be refunded. A telephone number has been set up: 0800 87 41 87.

Food infections caused by salmonella result in gastrointestinal disorders, diarrhoea, vomiting and abdominal pain, often accompanied by fever. These symptoms can be serious with young children, immunocompromised individuals and the elderly. The incubation time can range from 6 to 72 hours.
