DIA Groupe has formed the new executive committee, composed of seven members, two of them newly incorporated, and led by the CEO, Borja de la Cierva, after starting the year with the signing of the bank debt refinancing agreement for 896 million euros and with the commitment to carry out a capital increase for a minimum amount of 600 million euros, secured by Morgan Stanley and scheduled for the first quarter of this year.

In the executive committee there is a new incorporation of two positions, one of them the executive director of Transformation of the group, who joins DIA to lead the project of transformation of the company and to ensure the execution of the business plan.

These new members aim of boosting the business through technology, speeding up the adaptation to customer demands and ensuring the efficiency of the organization.
