Daniela brings her extensive experience in Food Safety to BSC. Food Safety and Quality are her speciality, however she has complemented her skill set with training and certifications in business, environment, risk management & occupational health safety units. She started her international career as a trainer and auditor with LSQA (Latu Sistemas/Quality Austria). She expanded her international experience by consulting to the mining industry in Uruguay, Indonesia & Argentina before returning to her passion, working in the International food industry.
She has continuously updated her knowledge in Food Safety in the GFSI Schemes (BRC, FSSC, SQF) as well as HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and other program development to include being a certified Lead Instructor Training for FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food.
The Food Safety Division will offer both consulting and general training.
