Carrefour recalls baby wipes for a risk of bacterial contamination


A batch of Carrefour Baby brand Sensitive thick wipes is recalled due to a potential risk of the presence of bacteria Burkholderia likely to cause infections especially in immunocompromised persons and those with cystic fibrosis.

The products concerned are the packs of 72 wipes bearing the bar code No. 3560071105624 sold since December 2018 and belonging to lots O7649, O7650 and O7651.

People in possession of wipes subject to the recall are asked not to use them and bring them back to the store for reimbursement.
