The first time in Italy, the customer is the owner, the manager  and they are the ones who choose their products at the same time.

The Italian retailer Camilla has released for the first time in Italy their store of self-service, this store has already received 400 demand of membership just a few days after the opening.

All Camilla products come which are brought from some well-selected suppliers based on the sustainability of production “ethics and respect for work, quality and low costs” according to their spokesperson.

About the new store says the GM: “To be a customer, you have to be a partner,” he explained, “otherwise we would become a supermarket like any other,” “Beyond the products, what makes Camilla a special place is the fact of being a community”.
