During 3-month summer internships, students will have the opportunity to work in both the company’s headquarters in Warsaw, Shared Services Center in Poznan, and regional offices located throughout Poland.
The Biedronka chain has over 2,900 stores in over 1,100 towns throughout Poland and 16 distribution centres. Every day, our stores are visited by nearly 4 million customers. Participation in the summer internship program is a challenge and an opportunity for young, ambitious people, to gain practical knowledge and experience, under the supervision of experts – tutors of internships.
Internships also give the opportunity to implement independent projects. Our clients will be able to evaluate their results by shopping at Biedronka stores – says Małgorzata Gniadek, recruitment manager at Jeronimo Martins Polska.
The participants of the internship selected in the ongoing recruitment process will acquire knowledge, among others in the departments of supply organization, transport, operational, personnel, legal, marketing, IT, purchasing or supply chain. The internships will last from July to September this year. Apprentices will receive remuneration for their work, depending on the nature of the job and the place of the internship.
