Auchan Retail Spain has changed the trademark Simply for Alcampo in its establishment located in Ávila. The new store has maintained all of the previous workforces and has had a renovation that has involved an investment of around 100,000 euros, whose purpose has been to create an innovative space, adapted to the new consumer.

In its 3,500 square meters, Alcampo Ávila has an assortment of 25,000 references and has butchers, fishmongers and greengrocer counters, all of them served by professional professionals. Also, Alcampo Ávila has space where the local product will be the protagonist, the ‘ScanYou’ service and an app that accompanies the customer throughout the purchase process.

For its part, Spar has reopened its store located on Avenida Alcalde Alonso de la Guardia, in Santa María de Guía (Las Palmas), with a completely renovated design and much more energy-efficient facilities.

With this renovation, the first store that opened the Spar group in Guia, in 2001, now incorporates a section of prepared meals with an offer of menus among which Canarian recipe dishes stand out, as well as a new bakery model, fruit from the collaboration with Spar International, which has state-of-the-art ovens to improve the cooking processes and obtain a better quality of the products.

The store has a sales area of ​​300 square meters and a new design that allows its customers better shopping experience, with wider aisles. In addition, it has 15 employees for customer service and its opening hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sundays and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a personalized service and Free home delivery.
