Asda is one of two grocery retailers in the top 20, the other being family bakery company Waterfields, which also gets included for the first time in the top 20 list. Value retailer W Boyes and Co claimed the top position with an indistinguishable score to the previous quarter of 8.64, whilst Beds Direct came in second.
To compute the results, specialists Sitemorse utilizes a mechanized programming that peruses every retailer’s online platform to check quality, client experience, accessibility, execution and SEO to create a positioning figure.
Various retailers have enhanced their positions in the top 20 list. This includes, but not limited to, Heals, WJ Daniel and Co, and Barrats that was up 252 spot to the 51st spot. Retailers that got poor results includes Mulberry, which was down 277 spots, Suit Direct which fell by 235 and Jane Norman which took the 330rd spot. In spite of poor monetary results Prada, Tesco Direct or Halfords were close to the lower end of the table.
