Established in Luxembourg for 26 years now, Aldi has revolutionized its supermarket chain through its new ANIKo (Aldi Nord Instore Konzept) concept. The goal is to meet even more the expectations of its customers by offering them a better-diversified offer and at the best prices. Also, the brand transforms one by one of its fifteen points of sale by converting them to this ultramodern concept.
After the opening of Aldi in Differdange last April, it is the turn of Belval where a new store, with a sales area of 956 m², opens its doors. An establishment that will replace that of Esch-sur-Alzette. The choice of Belval is also not a coincidence, as explained by the management of the group: “This is an area in full expansion from a business point of view as well as at the level of ‘immovable. We had to respond to the current and future needs of the population of the sector. “
All the logistics have been redesigned. The focus was on fresh shelves, fruits and vegetables and the bake-off! A department where industrial zone workers can enjoy the lunch break to find fresh bread and pastries cooked on site. “The assurance of fresh morning, noon and evening”. In addition, the general offer will still develop with “many take away products”.
In addition to the interior design, Aldi also wants to attract customers by offering a wide time slot with openings on Monday, Thursday and Saturday, from 8:30 to 19h, Friday from 8:30 to 20h, and Sunday from 9h to 13h. Free private parking with 70 spaces will be available in the basement.
Many special promotions have been planned for the opening of this new store in Belval, but also throughout the month of October.
