Aldi Luxembourg recalls roast beef “Délifin”

The Ministry of Consumer Protection announces on Monday that one batch of roast beef “Délifin” is contaminated with listeria. Affected is the 100 gram pack with the expiration date October 13th. The product was sold in the Luxembourgish Aldi stores. Although the roast beef has already been taken off the shelves, some packages have already been sold. The ministry expressly warns against consumption.

Listeria can cause fever, severe headaches and the infectious disease listeriosis. “If these symptoms have occurred after consumption, we advise our customers to consult a doctor,” the statement said.
