On the next Friday (13 January), the ambassadors of Asda from the alcohol education are set to go into hundreds of UK Asda supermarket stores to educate shopper about safe drinking as part of a new partnership.

Besides having the chance to enter into a £50 Asda gift card prize draw. Shoppers who will be visiting the Drinkaware stand in stores will be able to fill out an alcohol assessment scratch card designed to present clear information, and get answers about on their queries about booze consumption in a simple, non-judgmental manner.

According to Chris Lowe, senior director for Corporate Affairs at Asda , the new project aims to provide impartial, evidence-based information and practical resources in a non-judgmental, engaging and fun environment.

Also Elaine Hindal, chief executive at Drinkaware added : “This January we are spreading the word about how having just a little less alcohol can help people stay healthy and we hope the information we present can help people make better choices about their drinking,”
