The Japanese retailer Aeon Co stated recently that it is teaming up with the French supermarket retailer Bio c’ Bon. This cooperation aims to open a new store that provides organic items.
Because of the rise of the awareness of Organic food consumption in Japan, most supermarket retailers found themselves obliged to look for alternative sources to provide their customers’ needs. According to GON (Global Organic Network ), Japan is now the seventh biggest organic market in the world, with annual sales of approximately 143 billion yen.
Bio c’ Bon announced that they scheduled to open the Tokyo store by the end of this year, and customers can expect a wide range of different organic items.
