Since Monday, January 7, the public inquiry on the building permit of the new Leclerc hypermarket. The new Leclerc is available at the town hall of Laon.

Two buildings, a hypermarket and its shopping arcade and an annexe building, 10 000m2 on 11 hectares should emerge from the ground in a few months. On July 3, 2018, the departmental committee for commercial development gave a favourable opinion to the new project presented by Christian Rodot, CEO of SAS Chambry Distribution. The project is now following its path.

The public inquiry is open for 32 days, it will end on Thursday, February 7th. A register is available to the public, in the town hall of Laon, everyone can annotate their thoughts.
