7-Eleven Opens Its First Post-Security Airport Store in U.S.

7-11The first 7-Eleven store loacated behind security inside a U.S. airport terminal has appeared at the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport (DFW) with a range of first-class items and services custom-made to travelers and air terminal employees. The store is open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. to aid travelers.

7-Eleven made a selective, worth estimated “snack pack” containing a little bag of multi-grain pita chips, white cheddar and salami sticks, a pocket of set green olives, a dried-organic product mix, flimsy chocolate treats, Gummi bears and a spread mint. This item is just accessible only at this store. “We trust guests and airport terminal workers will be stunned at what number of their travel and daily needs 7-Eleven can fill,” said Doug Rosencrans, 7-Eleven VP for stores in Texas. “Whether they are landing at their final stop or amidst a work shift, we anticipate serving the thousands who get through DFW’s A Terminal consistently.”

7-Eleven Inc., DFW Airport and Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail, the concessionaire working this new area, will hold a customer appreciation event November 11 from 3 p.m. o 4 p.m. at the store situated close Terminal A’s Gate 25. Since the event happens on Veterans Day, 7-Eleven will display the Texas Christian University Army ROTC with a $711 Project A-Game stipend for its Cadet Fund, and Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail will give $711 to the DFW Airport USO association.
