Ex-Procter & Gamble and L’Oreal executive joins IRI as Vice President of Strategy International
Ignacio Marinas Monsalve to develop and deliver IRI’s growth strategy
Global insight leader, IRI has appointed Ignacio Marinas Monsalve as Vice President of Strategy International.
Based at IRI’s office in Paris, France and reporting to IRI President of International, José Carlos González-Hurtado, Ignacio Marinas Monsalve will develop and deliver IRI’s growth strategy and provide direction and leadership in key strategy work-streams. By leading cross-functional teams across the multiple IRI organisations, he will be involved in corporate strategy work and corporate development, building partnerships and developing M&A activities, as well as business and financial planning.
José Carlos González-Hurtado, President of International, IRI, says: “We’re delighted to bring Ignacio on board to help further drive IRI’s strategy and leadership position in the market. His experience in marketing and brand development, having worked for major manufacturers like Procter & Gamble and L’Oreal, will be crucial as IRI continues to develop its services and solutions. It is also part of our bigger plan to bring the very best people on board, following the arrival of a number of new senior hires across Europe.”

An experienced senior professional, Ignacio has over 15 years of marketing and commercial experience working for Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal and Nokia. After this, he worked in Private Equity, heading strategic business development and M&A projects.
Before joining IRI, Ignacio was Managing Partner of a consulting firm, assisting companies with business transformation through innovation. He has broad international experience, having lived and worked in Germany, Switzerland, Mexico, Ireland, Spain and France.
