Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Waitrose Stock Dizolve
By Laura Elliott.
Retailers Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Waitrose have become the first large UK chains to stock Disolve laundry detergent sheets, a product which was first launched to UK consumers at the Ideal Home Show earlier this year.
There has been increasing interest in the non-bio detergent sheets, and using the product’s Facebook and Twitter networks a number of consumers have asked for the product to be available in their local stores.
Accordingly, the Fresh Linen 20 packs are now available for purchase in 250 Morrisons stores, 200 Sainsbury’s stores, and a number of Waitrose outlets. Dizolve’s managing director, Lawrence Boon, said that “It’s fantastic to see Dizolve on the shelves of such well known and respected UK supermarkets. It has been hugely successful in its launch in Canada and France and with listings in major UK retailers it looks set to revolutionise the way consumers in the UK do their laundry.”
Nichola Joyce, Waitrose laundry buyer, also commented that ‘We are really excited to be launching this new innovative format of laundry detergent. It’s very convenient to store at home and use and really works.”
Dizolve is a new product which consists of pre-measured non-bio sheets which are fully bio-degradable, and therefore completely dissolve during washing
