Lovers of fine food will have an opportunity to taste some exciting new Pacific produce at the first Pacific Islands Trade & Invest (PT&I) booth located in the National Pavilion section (3 A 107) at SIAL 2014.
8 food and beverage producers and exporters from the Isles of Vanuatu, Tonga, Niue, Papua New Guinea and Fiji will showcase their products which include a wide range of vanilla and coffee products, craft beer, Sea grapes, artisan chocolate and the award-winning “Taste of India” range of simmer sauces, pastes and heat and eat vegetarian meals.
