The Danish chain of homeware shops, JYSK, is growing in Valencia with a new logistics space. The company has signed an agreement to lease its ‘Panattoni Park Valencia I’ project to the Panattoni Group, with a surface area of close to 20,000 square metres in Picassent (Valencia).
Panattoni Park Valencia I’ is a project built at risk, consists of 2 buildings of the highest quality and includes high sustainability measures. The first building has a surface area of 13,348 m2, and the second 5,407m2, and both have ample office space on the ground floor.
JYSK has decided to rent the entire park, i.e., almost 20,000 m2 of floor space, in order to optimise its logistics operations in Spain. The construction of these warehouses is scheduled to be completed this February.
